Nice mount for camera and Pocket Radar together

The mount works exactly as shown and does give the advantage of mounting both a phone/camera right next to the Pocket Radar unit. This is good for simplifying placement of both the camera and Pocket Radar (since mounting space is often limited at ballfields) but also to keep all the devices near a single battery bank/charger. The only improvement I would request is that the two perpendicular device holders be a) more tightly assembled so that there is less "play"/movement between them and b) that there be more options for sliding/arranging the two holders to be at different positions (standard arrangement is in a "plus" shape but it would be nice if the holders could be arranged in a "T" position).

Simply Awesome

Very useful product to accompany the smart coach pocket radar and phone/power bank as a holder on a tripod setup.

Upgrade

Upgraded to Smart Coach from Ball Coach plus the universal dual mount. Very pleased with the easier method and cleaner look.

Nice, compact mount

This product works just the way you'd expect. It makes mounting your Pocket Radar to the backstop quick and easy. It rotates 360 degrees at various detents so you can set it up as you need to.

A couple of words of caution. First, the backstop needs to be pretty flat to ensure the radar's "eye" is pointed at the pitcher. A warped backstop will make it difficult. Also, mounting the radar to the screen puts it more risk of a direct hit. A wayward pitch can knock it off the backstop. Fortunately, Pocket Radars are very rugged so it's just an inconvenience, not a major problem.
