Very accurate tool

We used the ball coach on 5 kids with known velocities, and they all were within 1 mph on all the kids. Very impressed so far. The only complaint/ comment is the batteries run down quick if you are using it every inning to see when a kids arm is getting tired. I guess that would be just some info for people wanting to use it as much as we do. It really became a good tool to get pitchers to use their lower half more to try to throw the ball harder. It has become a fun game once a week for the kids at practice to see who throws the hardest.

I’ve used it several times, and it seems to work fine! Although I didn’t have a standard to compare it to, I believe it to be accurate and within the +/-1mph tolerance. I also must comment on the outstanding customer service from the time I spoke with Gladys to the timely shipment/delivery and the follow up emails!
