The Pocket Radar team was excited to return to the annual USPTA World Conference, for the first time in seven years. The USPTA World Conference is "the country’s largest gathering of tennis-teaching professionals, industry leaders as well as representatives, manufacturers, wholesalers and media across the racquet sport industry. In addition to the educational offerings, USPTA hosts its annual board and executive committee meetings, division parties, industry meetings, the nation’s largest tennis-specific Merchandise and Trade Show, awards presentations and more."
The Conference took place September 22-26 at the Westgate Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. We had a wonderful time meeting with coaches and trainers from the tennis community, and educating them about the value of speed measurement when training to improve serve velocities and ground stroke velocities. We also enjoyed chatting with some long time friends and product advocates, including Mike Gennette and Ken DeHart (pictured above).
