So far the Pocket Radar is great. We've used it to get baselines for our pitchers. Very easy to use. App interface is great and extremely easy to use. Great product.

Worth it

Simple and easy to use. Very happy with the Smart Coach Pocket radar as a softball coach wanting measure performance speeds for my team and other players. Love the compact size. Thank you for an awesome product.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for making such a great product and that I placed my order for your Pocket Radar Smart Coach late last week, and received it yesterday! I coach my son's 13U baseball team, and we just happened to have a game yesterday evening, so you can probably tell that I was excited as hell to get it setup and working. I also ordered the Universal Mount and as soon as I got to the fields I got all set up! When the game started I immediately started getting readings from the pitcher. One thing I didn't take into consideration is that there is a busy road that runs perpendicular to the outfield, so after the pitcher pitched, I started getting multiple readings and there were no pitches being thrown. I then realized that the radar system was reading the cars as they were driving past the outfield, I then had to switch from CON to manually starting and stopping. I even had parents who were sitting behind home plate and were noticing the numbers flash up on the system as it was reading the pitches. It was cool to watch after every pitch, one of the dad's would get up and look to see what the reading was. After the game my son told me that being able to know what speed the pitcher was throwing was a huge confidence boost for his approach to come up to bat. His confidence was boosted so much that he had 2 hits in the game.  I just thought I'd share my 1st ever Pocket Radar experience with y'all and let you know that I love it!

Easy to Use and Works Well

I bought this for the Disc Golf tournaments that I run. The plan is to set up a net and let people throw to see how fast they can throw a disc.
I tried it out at an indoor event that I ran where we used mini-discs (about 4.5 in diameter and a 1/4 inch tall. The radar picked up the motion of the disc with no issues. I was surprised and excited with how well it worked.
Looking forward to using it at future tournaments.
Ezra Aderhold recommended it for disc golf, and he was right!
