For the 8th straight year, the Pocket Radar team had a great time exhibiting at the annual American Volleyball Coaches Association national convention. The annual convention was held in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from December 18-21, 2019. We had a wonderful time chatting with many familiar and new coaches alike, and educating them about the value of speed measurement when training young athletes to improve their hitting power and mixing serve speeds.

It’s been a rapid pace of growth for the enterprise. The company has launched eight products in 8 years, all the while growing the customer base. A decade after the firm’s launch, many local schools now have one of its radar guns for use by sports coaches.  “In the last 10 years, we’ve rapidly democratized the radar gun, we made it accessible to the masses,” Stewart said.
